1. This application for substitution is filed in Court today. Office is directed to register and number the same.

2. Considering the grounds taken, the application is allowed.

4. The policy of issuing Jawan leases having been brought to an end in 2014, the only relief that the Petitioner can seek at this stage is monetary compensation. Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that such an application has to be submitted to the Rajya Sainik Board. Permitting the Petitioner to avail such remedies in terms of said policy, the writ petition is disposed of.
