1. Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that the two of the executants of the powers of attorney have expired and in terms of the circular issued by the Board of Revenue dated 11th January, 2007, the sale deed cannot be possibly executed.

2. In that view of the matter, Mr. Rath states that they will approach the authority after obtaining a fresh power of attorney.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
