Learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Victim submit that now the accused Rajib Das and the victim Kokila Dash @ Sa are residing as husband and wife. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the final form has been submitted as mistake of fact.

In view of such submission, this Criminal Misc. Case filed challenging the quashment of the F.I.R. vide Bhasma P.S. Case No.14 of 2011 has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of being infructuous.
