Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners, who are the son and daughter-in-law of the deceased. Death was by railway accident. He submits, there be same direction for payment of compensation, as covered by order made this day in WP(C) no.18866 of 2013 (Pratima @ P. Nayak and another v. G.M. East Coast Railway and another). 2.
