Heard Mr. K.J. Prakash, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned Sr. Advocate for the petitioner, Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr. A. Patnaik, learned counsel representing opposite party No.5. 2.

Mr. Prakash submits that since in the meantime, the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter and accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the same.
