Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition simply involves till at least appellate authority consider the I.A. therein, there should have been protection from the sale of the property involving an execution proceeding under the Co-operative Societies Act. This Court entertaining the writ petition on 14.11.2007 protected the petitioner from rigor of the sale subject to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand). Looking to the tenure of the interim order, it appears petitioner is protected finally however subject to outcome in the interim application involving the appeal. Material discloses petitioner had already an appeal along with interim protection application. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no further information. There is no information on deposit aspect even. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed for no information as to what happened on the fate of interim application and appeal as well.

Interim order dated 14.11.2007 passed in Misc. Case No.12905 of 2007 stands vacated.
