None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Earlier when the matter was listed on 25.02.2015 before the Dy. Registrar (J), none appeared for the petitioner and direction was given to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one week. But, till date the said order has not been complied with.

In the above view of the matter, due to non-compliance of the order dated 25.02.2015, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
