1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Secretary, Panchayat Raj, Government of Odisha-Opposite Party No.1 in accordance with law by way of a representation.
2. If such a representation is filed not later than 19th September, 2022, Opposite Party No.1 will, after giving the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing, dispose it of with a reasoned order within a period of three months thereafter. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
