1. The Vakalatnama had been filed on behalf of the Opposite PartyWorkman by one Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik, Advocate way back in 2005. However, the case has never been listed after 18th April, 2005.

2. Meanwhile, as informed by Mr. S.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner has closed its operations. He states that the settlement amount has been worked out for this particular Opposite Party-Workman at Rs.1,42,000/-.

3. In that view of the matter, if the Opposite Party-Workman is interested in receiving the said settlement amount, it will be open to the workman to approach the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Mishra to make the necessary arrangements for disbursal of the said amount.
