CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE Order No.
ORDER
13.01.2023 21.
I.A. No.36 of 2022
1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has no objection to Mr. Saroj Das, Advocate being the Arbitrator notwithstanding that he may have been in the past a counsel for the BSNL in some other matters. He points out that the recording of evidence is already completed and the proceedings in the arbitration are at the stage of the final arguments.
2. In view of the above statement, the Court does not consider it necessary to modify the order already passed on 14th October, 2022. The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.
