This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of the CRLMC application, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the CRLMC with liberty to the petitioner to raise all those points as available to him under law at the time of consideration of charge and, in that event, the learned Court in seisin of the case consider such application in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court with adverting to the materials on merit of the case disposes of the CRLMC with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in seisin of the case in an appropriate application seeking for his discharge and, in that event, such application of the petitioner be disposed of in accordance with law by affording opportunity to raise all those points as available under law.
