3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 21.11.2006 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri in G.R. Case No.357 of 2005 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/34 IPC and Sections 4/6 of the D.P Act against them.
4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of. It is open to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge.
5. However, this Court directs that if the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and make a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the
// 2 // matter shall release them on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
