This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 01.02.2022.

It was contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the date of passing of the said order that the petitioner took admission in the National Institute of Medical and Management Studies (NIIMS), Andhra Study Circle under NIIMS, Govt. registered where B.Ed. correspondence, Annamalai University was provided. In the present interim application, it is stated that petitioner has prosecuted her B.Ed course from Rajguru Training College, Cuddalore under Annamalai University.

Learned counsel for the

// 2 // petitioner submitted that the name of the College may be changed in the 4th Sub-para of the order dated 01.02.2022 but I am not inclined to accept the prayer made in the interim application. If a stand is taken by the petitioner that he was prosecuting the B.Ed Course in Rajguru Training College, Cuddalore and documents to that effect are produced at the time adjudication of the bail application, the same shall be considered by the learned Courts below in accordance with law Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
