of the deceased Opposite Party No.4. This Court finds, the Opposite Party No.4 is a contesting private party. Writ Petition cannot continue in absence of the L.Rs of the Opposite Party No.4, who is the sole private contestant. Writ Petition cannot be proceeded with any further. 2.
