This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Involving some dispute on the reservation of the seat in the ensuing Panchayat Election, learned counsel for the petitioner referring to Annexure-5 submits that even though the final list has been published but there is no consideration of the case of the petitioner, vide Annexure-5. It is at this stage of the matter, Mr.Ghose, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State makes a clear statement that there has been publication of final reservation list on 07.01.2022 and the Gazette Publication thereof has also been made on 08.01.2022. 4.

Keeping this in view, this Court finds there is no scope for consideration of such representation presently. It may be open to the petitioner to press his present attempt to appropriate time. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
