1. The report submitted to this Court in a sealed cover has again been perused. This is an inquiry report dated 18th March, 2014 vis-à-vis the allegations made by the Petitioner against the Opposite Party No.3. Since the Petitioner is the complainant, she is entitled to a copy of the said report. A copy of the said report together with all its annexures shall be made available to the Petitioner. For this purpose, the Petitioner herself will remain present before the Registrar (Judicial), during working hours for the next who will ensure that a copy of the report is given to her. The original report shall be placed again in the sealed cover, and kept with the Registrar (Judicial) and no copy thereof should be given to anyone without the express direction of this Court.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies vis-àvis the said report as may be available to her in accordance with law.
