1. Having perused the order of the learned Single Judge the Court finds that the only relief granted to the Respondents is that if there is an admitted thumb impression of the mother available in future, a fresh prayer can be made by the Respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that till date no such admitted thumb impression of the mother has emerged.
3. In that view of the matter, there is no occasion whatsoever to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge.
4. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
