In spite of clear direction by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.8.2011, no notice has been issued to the PLRs. involved on the ground that the Petitioner has not shown interest in issuing notice to the parties concerned at appropriate time. Noticing such Parties at this stage will be amounting to wrecking things already settled.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed.
