CORAM:

JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO Order No.

ORDER

16.03.2022 I.A. No.228 of 2022 02.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 01.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that three weeks further time may be granted to petitioner no.2 to surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. It appears that the anticipatory bail application was disposed of on 01.02.2022 and the petitioners

// 2 // were given four weeks time to surrender and move for bail in the learned Courts below.

Taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period till 25.03.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to petitioner no.2.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
