Since the petitioner claims for release of the withheld amount of Rs.50,000/- and security deposit amount of Rs.1,35,000/- lying with opposite party no.2 in respect of the work "Reconstruction of Damage ORD Bridge at R.D. 19.025 KM of HLC Range No.1 near village Bairee" vide Agreement No.131 F2 of 1998-99, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction. However, if any cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as per the terms of the agreement itself. 3.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
