Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.51 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No.346 of 2010 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/201/120-B of IPC.

Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of material prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at this stage, which is therefore rejected. 5.
It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of Ranjan Kumar Pradhan during trial. 6.
Trial be expedited if there is no legal impediment. 7.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
