This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition was filed on 08.08.2014. Earlier when the matter was listed on 13.01.2015 before the Dy. Registrar (Judicial), none had appeared for the petitioner and it was directed that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed for dismissal. Accordingly, the petitioners filed a memo on 29.01.2015 for removal of defects. But the said defects have not been removed. Again the matter was listed on 27.03.2015 on which date this Court granted two weeks time to the petitioners to remove the defects as pointed out by S.R. But till date, the defects have not been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 27.03.2015 and 13.01.2015.
