This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

The Petitioners confine their prayer only to prayer no.(i), which is quoted herein below :- i) Construction of G.P.Facility Centre of Hansura Gram Panchayat over a gochar plot, a site other than the campus of Gram Panchayat Office in violation of instruction of Government vide Annexure-1 & 2 shall not be declared illegal."

This Court finds, vide Annexure-6/1 the Petitioners have already made their grievance to the Collector, Jagatsinghpur on the selfsame issue. Thus the Writ Petition finds to be premature at this stage. However, this matter stands disposed of directing the Collector, Jagatsinghpur to take a decision on Annexure-6/1 within two months from the date of communication of this order by the

// 2 // Petitioners. Construction, if not undertaken as of now, there may not be any construction till a decision is taken on Annexure-6/1. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
