1. None appears for the Appellant.

2. The ITA is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Later, Mr. Amit Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Appellant appeared and explained that he was in fact present in virtual mode but could not connect for some reason. He nevertheless states that his file has been misplaced and therefore is not in a position to argue the appeal.

5. Granting liberty to the Appellant to revive the appeal, by filing an appropriate application, as and when file is able to be located by learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court allows the order as passed hereinbefore to remain.
