1. The question sought to be urged by the Revenue Department in the present revision petition arising from the impugned order dated 2nd November, 2017 of the Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal in Second Appeal No.2226 of 2004-05 stands answered against the Department by this Court vide the order dated 6th July, 2022 in STREV No.25 of 2013 (M/s. Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd.).

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to admit the present revision petition and frame the question as urged.

3. The STREV is, accordingly, dismissed.
