Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, there has been wilful and deliberate violation of directions made in order dated 1st November, 2021, by which his client's writ petition was disposed of. The direction was given in paragraph-4 of the order, is reproduced below. "4. Opposite party no.4 will deal with said representation dated 18th October, 2017 within three weeks of communication of this order. In event it is found petitioner is not entitled to the benefit, said opposite party will give reasons and communicate to petitioner within that time. Otherwise the benefit should be disbursed."

Mr. Choudhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and draws attention to annexure-A in the show cause being letter dated 19th November, 2021. He submits, petitioner's representation was duly dealt with. Mr. Behera submits in reply, no reason was given for alleging that his client is not entitled to subsidy against combined harvester loan.

A paragraph from said letter dated 19th November, 2021 is reproduced below.

"After receipt of order of Honorable Court I examined your loan Sanction by the BBCC Bank vide Sanction order No.134 dt.06.04.2016, Secretary of Bank. The Sanction order never says extension of subsidy in the favour of loanee."

Office of alleged contemner has given reason that the sanction order never said extension of subsidy in favour of loanee. 4.

Court is satisfied there has been compliance. Petitioner if aggrieved may find remedy.
