The Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 10th March, 2017 passed in I.A. No. 729 of 2014 (arising out of C.S. No.66 of 2014), whereby learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore rejected their prayer for repair and renovation of their house standing over the suit schedule land. 3.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a memo in Court submits that the Petitioners do not want to press the CMP. The same be kept on record.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the sole Opposite Party has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed as not pressed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
