Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application seeking extension of interim bail. 4.

The petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three months vide order dated 15.09.2022. The period of interim bail is said to have expired on 19.12.2022. 5.

It is submitted that because of some family disputes, the petitioner is unable to surrender on that date and therefore, prays for grant of some further time to surrender. 6.

Considering the submissions as above, the prayer is allowed. 15 days time is granted to the petitioner to surrender. 7.

I.A. is disposed of 8.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
