1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of M/s. Mohapatra Binders, Makarba Sahi, Cuttack and Ors. Vrs. State of Odisha and Anr. (W.P.(C) No.11817 of 2016 disposed of on 13.01.2017). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 13.01.2017 passed in M/s. Mohapatra Binders, Makarba Sahi, Cuttack (supra).

4. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a
