1. Both the parties are agreed that the criminal proceedings instituted by each against the other can be quashed in view of the pendency of civil disputes between them.
2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.250 of 2012 arising out of Parlakhemundi P.S. Case No.95 of 2012 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Parlakhemundi and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
