1. The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order and directions passed today in connected matter i.e. I.A. No.25 of 2022 and OJC No.10916 of 1997 (Tata Iron and Steel Company Ltd. v. State of Orissa). While taking the policy decision in terms of the said order, the Opposite Parties will deal with the prayers of the present Petitioner as well.
