The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the further proceeding in I.C.C. No.276 of 2010 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the opposite party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also the submission advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to quash the further proceeding of the aforesaid case.

However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner to expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case, this Court direct the Court below to dispose of the aforesaid proceeding as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order appreciating the evidence in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
