This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 7.2.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh in ICC Case No.570 of 2010 taking cognizance under Section 138 of the N.I Act against them.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Since there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions as available to them at the time of trial. As one of the accused stated to have died in the meantime, learned trial

// 2 // court shall conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
