2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C (R), Cuttack in G.R. Case No.1309 of 2011 wherein the learned J.M.F.C has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/294/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
