This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is seen that out of 28 cited witnesses, 18 witnesses have already been examined and P.W. 18 was examined on 22.4.2021.

Taking note of the same, this Court directs the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation the BLAPL is disposed of.
