Heard Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State-petitioners.

The State-petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 06.08.2012 passed in O.A. 1631 of 2010, by which the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, while allowing the O.A., has directed the petitioners to upgrade at least one post of Private Secretary in the tribunal to that of a Senior Private Secretary within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State-petitioners contended that in the meantime the tribunal has been abolished. Therefore, the petitioners do not want to press this writ petition.
