This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is surprise to note here that in spite of filing of an application for supply of certified copies since 29.11.2021, copy of the same is yet to be supplied and the Petitioner is, therefore, constrained to approach the writ Court for this purpose. Be that as it may, this Court directs, in the event there is no action pursuant to the copy application at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 as yet, action as appropriate on the application for supply of certified copies at the instance of the Petitioner be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
