1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority by way of an application under the OPLE Act against the impugned notice.

2. If such application is filed not later than 1st July 2022, the status quo order passed by this Court on 23rd June, 2014 will continue till such time the concerned authority passes an appropriate order on the application for interim relief. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
