Mr. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. 4.

The RPFAM is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.
