1. Learned counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the Order No.

present appeal with permission to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

2. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the appeal is filed in the concerned Court of the learned District Judge not later than 12th December, 2022 then the interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time the said Court passes the interim order on an application by the Appellant.
