1. The present petition was filed in the individual capacity by the Order No.

Petitioner describing himself as authorized representative of M/s Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. Apparently, the Petitioner is no longer in service of the Company. The present petition itself had been wrongly instituted in an individual capacity and should not have been entertained in the first place.

2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It will be open to the present management of the company to seek appropriate remedy notwithstanding the dismissal of the present petition.
