2. This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.43 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of Judge, Family Court, Rourkela to the court of Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak.

Heard Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

It appears that the Petitioner-wife earlier approached this Court in TRP(C) No.95 of 2021 for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.43 of 2021 from the file of Judge, Family Court, Rourkela to the court of Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak but the same having been refused by this Court vide order dated 7.4.2021, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this petition. 5.

Accordingly, the TRP(C) stands dismissed.
