The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 10th August, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar in Mutation Appeal No. 232 of 2019. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of Annexure-4 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
