This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Opposite party No.2 has filed an affidavit stating inter alia, that the matter has been settled inter se. 4.

Paragraphs-7 and 8 of the said affidavit is quoted hereunder for convenience of ready reference. "7. That, we both the petitioner No.1 and my-self are living happily without any disturbance in the house of my in-laws.

8. That, in view of the above facts and circumstances and well understanding between myself and the petitioners, I do not want to proceed in the G.R. Case No. 572 of 2017 pending in the court of the Learned

S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack rather it would create problem between us."

Taking note of submissions across the bar, the recitals of the affidavit and in tune with the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Ors. Vrs. The State of Gujarat and Anr., reported in AIR 2017 SC 4843, the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 572 of 2017 arising out of Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017, on the file of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack stands quashed in respect of the Petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 6.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
