2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.121 of 2012 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.
