Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Undisputedly, the review has been preferred even after nine years of long incumbency of his lordship passing such order after the tenure of the Judge passed an order. On the own submission of Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner that he is the constant advocate involving this proceeding as well as the lower Court proceeding. The Writ Petition was disposed by a single Judge on 30.08.2011. Review has been filed after eleven years. Further there is no sufficient explanation in explaining the delay after so much time, this Court declines to entertain the Petition for condonation of delay which is rejected.
