This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the impugned order taking cognizance in connection with ICC No.55 of 2001 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska under Sections 380/457/506(1)/34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners. None appears for the Opposite Party No.1.

Since there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. 5.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to approach this Court if the compromise has been reached in the meantime

// 2 // and if a joint petition for quashing the proceeding on the ground of compromise is filed.
