1. In the present case, the Petitioner was granted license earlier on 4th August 2004 whereas demand has been raised for the months of June, July and August, 2004. In view of the judgment of this Court dated 22nd January 2019 in W.P.(C) No.14293 of 2006, the impugned order dated 15th September, 2004 is quashed.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
