Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves a challenge to the order at Anenxure-4. Mr.Samantary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in reference to the document enclosed at Annexure-1 to the writ petition submitted that while providing the application, petitioner has already submitted the certified required through page-8 & 9. It is thus contended that there is no proper reason in rejecting the claim of the petitioner vide Anenxure-4.

Learned State Counsel however submits that there is involvement of a technical rejection. In the event the petitioner had already in possession of the required certificate, nothing prevented the petitioner to re-appraise the authority. 4.
This writ petition was filed in 2008. Fourteen years have passed in the meantime. Fort here is operation of the interim order, the land is still lying vacant. This Court in the
circumstance observes in the event the land involved bearing Drawing No.B/132, Mouza, Chandrasekharpur is still lying vacant, petitioner may respond to the illegality in Anenxure-4 again providing certificate required therein for consideration of the General Administration Department within two weeks hence, the same may be considered and dealt properly. This order is however subject to availability of the land presently. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
