1. For the reasons stated, the delay of 579 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The I.A. is allowed.

W.A. No.761 of 2015

2. During the seven years of pendency of the present writ appeal, there has been no stay of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge requiring the Appellant to regularize the services of the Respondent. Despite there being no specific order of stay, it appears that the Appellant has not implemented the impugned order. The review petition filed against that order was dismissed by the learned Single Judge on 5th October 2015 again by a detailed order.

3. Having carefully perused the impugned original order passed on 25th April 2014 as well as the review order passed on 5th October

2015, the Court is unable to find any error having been committed by the learned Single Judge.

4. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
